General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
RESTOCKING FEES APPLY TO ALL MERCHANDISE
Restocking fees as follows
+10% of price if cancelled before shipping
+15% of price if cancelled after shipping
Please Note if the Postage has been addressed and paid these actual costs will also be deducted from the refund after cancellation.
For example $20.00 product ($1.50 shipping is shown for shipping, however the actual cost is $5.50)
The cancellation will be honored however a 10% restock fee and 5.00 postage will be deducted from the reimbursement.
In many cases we have a $1.50 shipping cost showing, the actual cost is much more however we subsidize the cost for the customer during the time of ordering. If the product is cancelled and we have paid postage up front, the total postage costs will be deducted from the reimbursement.

RETURN POLICY - UNDERGARMENTS and SWIMWEAR PRODUCTS
By law, ALL UNDERWEAR AND SWIMWEAR are excluded from our general return policy. Any underwear or swimwear returned to us will be discarded and NO refunds or exchanges will be issued, regardless of condition or packaging. No exceptions. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unworn, unwashed, with labels intact item in its original condition within 30 business days after being received, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with a store credit, less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be sent via UPS, FedEx, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires our signature upon delivery. Note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless Texas Traders Clothing & Accessories has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item. Please note that by law Texas Traders Clothing & Accessories does not permit the return or exchange of the following items:

Loungewear that has been worn, washed, or tags removed.
RETURN POLICY PERFUMES, COLOGNES, FRAGRANCES and HEALTH / BEAUTY PRODUCTS
Returns of Perfumes, Colognes, Health and or Beauty products should be unused, unopened to be eligible for the money back return guarantee. Returning these items used or in opened packaging FORFEITS the buyer even in the event of a return for the money back guarantee. The policy is due to those customers who use products for several weeks and return items expecting a full money back guarantee to include postage costs both from the point of origin to the buyer and back. We can not honor these returns due to the misuse and abuse of Amazon Returns Service causing losses for both the Sellers and potential customers due to rising product costs.
If there is a product that you as a customer is/are interested in and would like a sample, we can in most cases for a small postage fee between 1.50 - 3.00 USD provide a sealed sample of the product in question.

Please include the Return/Exchange Form we will issue you, completely filled out with your order number, the date the order was delivered to you by FedEx, billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being returned, item name, type option (size), single item price, total price of returned items, and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise.
Because of the Volume of merchandise Items we are tracking daily, please send us an email with the Tracking Number for the merchandise Return so we can quickly process your claim.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
